Legal Basis for Data Processing:

When processing personal data, the company proceeds in accordance with the valid and current Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on the Amendment and Supplementation of Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data Protection Act”) and the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

The period of personal data retention is determined according to the purpose of personal data processing and the time necessary for archiving resulting from the legal provisions of legal norms.

The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller a confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed. Information according to § 21, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 18/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and on the Amendment and Supplementation of Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as “Act 18/2018”) must be provided to the data subject by the controller in the manner specified by their request. The data subject has the right to have the controller change, correct outdated or inaccurate personal data of theirs in all information systems immediately based on new findings or documentary evidence, or other legal actions. The controller declares that personal data provided by the data subject will be processed in accordance with § 7. of Act No.18/2018 Coll. The data subject has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of personal data if in cases according to § 24, paragraph 1 of Act 18/2018. The data subject is obliged to provide accurate and complete personal data based on the controller’s legal claim. The data subject confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the information regarding the processing of their personal data and have understood these information.
