Robotic application focused on palletizing in the food industry. This application utilizes the FANUC M410iB / 140H robot as the main manipulative element. A special gripper has been developed capable of reliably gripping 4 crates at once. In collaboration with algorithms from PekatVision, a Photoneo 3D scanner is used to check the cleanliness of the crates, ensuring a high hygienic standard. The line is a comprehensive solution that can depalletize, inspect, weigh, and palletize, maximizing customer satisfaction.
