The first FANUC robot erects boxes, which are then filled with the product. The second FANUC robot, equipped with a multifunctional servo gripper, palletizes the filled boxes, ensuring precise alignment of the final layer and maintaining uniform spacing between boxes.
The system also enables the automatic placement of interlayers from a roll and the robotic insertion of a bottom sheet, providing maximum protection of products during handling and transport. A pallet destacker with a capacity of 14 empty pallets ensures uninterrupted and continuous operation.
